Join Devaraj and Abhi for Bioenergetics sessions in the comfort of your own room!

You’ll need loose clothing. You won’t need any special equipment but you will need at least 10 feet square (3 metres square) of empty floor space to follow along in. There’s no requirement to make loud noise.

Please note: We do apologise for the poor sound and video quality of some of these sessions. They were recorded live on Zoom and this has restricted bandwidth. However, the quality is easily adequate for you to follow along and have a deep, transformational experience.

This session we will be working with the pelvis, and freeing up repressed energy in the hips and psoas muscles.

For this session you will need a yoga mat or a carpeted floor where you will be fairly comfortable to lie on your back.

Another excellent, intense 60 minute workout. Some awesome shoulder release work interspersed with grounding via the Bow and Arch.

60 minutes of Bioenergetics in the comfort of your own home. This session we will be unlocking tension all over the body and using multiple postures to integrate the upper and lower half of the body better.

In this session we will be unlocking tension in the shoulders, neck and throat areas, as well taking a good bit of the charge out of the back. This will support you to remain calm and healthy and ready to tackle life’s challenges.

We apologise for the reduced sound and video quality. It’s still a great workout though!
